BUYING

The price you pay includes shipping for all US purchasers. If you live outside the US, please send me an email for an adjusted cost for overseas shipping.

SHIPPING

Most orders will be packed and shipped within 3 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS or FED Ex. Shipments are tracked and a signature is required on delivery. Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges. Shipping costs cover packing supplies, labor, insurance and transit fees.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If a piece is not as you expected, you have 3 days to contact us by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed in writing, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned we will refund your payment within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the original shipping costs to you. All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive work which has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 3 days and keep a photograph of the damage. At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any orders sent outside the US.
